'Lifeguard Chair' is a work designed and made with the motif of a rescue worker's chair.
A rescue worker's chair is originally placed in a swimming pool or beach and made for safety according to the characteristics of the place, however, the structure is presented in a truly unusable state.

On account of the metal device attached to it below, the chair loses level and collapses the center of gravity.
Thus if someone wants to sit on the chair, it is impossible to climb up, even if someone sits on top of it, one's gaze is directed at the floor of the ground.
It loses the function of the chair, which is originally intended to gain a good eyesight.
The Words

Carved on the acrylic plate is written with the words that do not make any sense, while the plate rotates counterclockwise slowly.
People focus on deciphering the moving letters.
The experience of being a complete stranger in unfamiliar places, where even the language in use is unrecognisable, marks the beginning of the narrative. With a sense of outrage and humiliation, an excluded individual becomes isolated from the words exchanged among others.
Words can be violent and authoritative at times.
The letters slowly slip from view, sharing meaning only with themselves, leaving the audience to struggle in reading the transparent letters floating in the space.
